Return Policy

The condition of products is checked before each order is shipped. If, however, a problem is found, the consumer, in accordance with the provisions of article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994 and as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891 (Government Gazette B' 2144/30.08.2013), which came into force on 13.06.2014, may withdraw from the product sales contract without justification within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any cost, except for the return shipping costs. For returns, the retail receipt is essential.

The refund will correspond to the retail price of the product/products you purchased and the initial shipping costs, if any (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery or payment method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer).

www.pennie.gr is entitled to withhold the refund until it receives the products back or until the consumer provides evidence that they have sent the products back.

Your refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return of the products.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method with which you completed the order. In cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must provide us with the account to which you wish the deposit to be made. For returns, the retail receipt is essential. In case an invoice was issued, the return must be made with a dispatch note.

If payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be notified accordingly.

In case of returning defective items, you are not charged with the return costs. Conversely, in the case of returning items for personal reasons, the return costs are borne by the customer.

For your wish to return products purchased from our online store, you must notify us in writing at hello@pennie.gr, with the indication "RETURN" and noting the date and number of the purchase document.

Once www.pennie.gr is informed of the customer's desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, it will electronically send a sample withdrawal form, for the customer to complete.

To avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any obvious defects or incorrect product shipments.
