Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being confirmed in our system.

* Custom-made items are excluded.

Delivery delays may occur due to disruptions to the country’s road network or severe weather conditions.

* Orders containing furniture are delivered exclusively by a freight carrier.

* Wholesale orders are delivered to freight agencies twice a week, excluding Fridays.

Orders can be delivered throughout Greece and Cyprus by our partner courier companies. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of your order.

Deliveries within Attica are handled by ACS Courier.

Deliveries elsewhere in Greece are handled by our partner courier company.

Exceptions:

• Delivery to your address is unavailable on Mykonos, Syros, Santorini, and Andros.
• On all islands, delivery outside the island’s main town is unavailable unless arranged with us in advance.
• In mainland Greece, delivery to your address is available in regional capitals.

Store pickup is available within 2–4 days at no additional charge.

By debit or credit card through Shopify Payments

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or UnionPay. The transaction is processed securely through Shopify Payments and, where required, verified using 3D Secure.

By debit or credit card through Viva.com

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Diners, or American Express. Debit cards are charged in full, while the following interest-free instalment options are available for credit card purchases:

• €60–€100: 4 interest-free instalments
• €101–€300: 6 interest-free instalments
• €301–€500: 8 interest-free instalments
• €501 and above: 12 interest-free instalments

By Klarna through Shopify Payments

By selecting Klarna at checkout, you can pay in three interest-free instalments without a credit card, loan, or additional fees. The first instalment is paid when you complete your purchase, and the remaining two are charged automatically at 30-day intervals.

How to pay with Klarna:

• Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout.
• You will be redirected to Klarna’s secure environment. As part of its approval process, Klarna may perform an eligibility check using financial-behaviour data.
• You will receive a decision within seconds and see your complete payment schedule.
• Enter your debit or credit card details to complete your purchase.

The first instalment is charged immediately, and the remaining two are automatically charged to your selected card over the following two months, on the dates shown in your payment schedule. You do not need to make the payments manually, but sufficient funds or available credit must be present on each scheduled payment date.

Pay securely with PayPal using your PayPal account. Your payment details are encrypted and sent directly to PayPal; they are neither disclosed to nor stored by our online store.

Pay via Online Banking (IRIS). Select your bank and you will be redirected to its secure online banking environment, where you can complete the payment directly from your bank account. The transaction is processed through Viva in accordance with stringent security standards.

Pay securely with Google Pay using an eligible debit or credit card saved to your Google Account. Google Pay is available on supported Android devices and compatible browsers on computers and tablets.

Pay securely with Apple Pay using an eligible debit or credit card added to your Wallet. Apple Pay is available on supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

Our products are backed by our company’s guarantee of quality and authenticity. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 14 business days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition, with unopened packaging and all original tags attached. Defective or incorrect items will be returned at our expense. Returns must be sent using our partner courier company.

For exchanges of products purchased online and made at a physical store, proof of purchase must be presented.

For consumer protection and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

• Sleeping pillows, pillow fillings, duvets, swimwear, and protective masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Seasonal items cannot be exchanged.
• Outlet products cannot be exchanged.
• In all other cases, return shipping and shipment insurance costs are borne by the customer.
