What you will be doing:

Daily, the sales department handles online & phone orders. This includes picking & packing duties during the first hours. Learning and knowledge of the company's products through daily exposure. Communication with the company's clientele as well as working with the commercial department's management tools (ERP, CMS). Invoicing & issuing documents, creating offers & call center duties. Complaint management, client service & telephone surveys. A dynamic mix of tasks that vary day by day, successfully exercising our skills.

Will be appreciated:

Experience in retail sales, online or in-store
